About this course?
This is Module 1 of ATEB’s online Supervisory Training Couse. This module looks at the Training & Competence rules and requirements.
There are 3 other modules to complete, covering Assessment Skills (M2), Coaching (M3) and Monitoring (M4).
In this module, we will look at Training & Competence in the context of firm’s overall governance regime, provide a brief overview of the FCA Handbook, and examine the key parts of the T&C Sourcebook.
